This cookbook has a deceptive title and implies pizza in five minutes but actually it's five minutes AFTER you previously prepared the dough and oven preheated. That said, this is a very good pizza cookbook with a wide variety of pizza and flatbread recipes. The "secret" of this cookbook is to prepare a large batch of dough ahead and store up to two weeks in the refrigerator and cut off pieces of dough as needed.
