Homemade Pizza 12/31/10: Made a Muffuletta Pizza with mozzarella cheese on sponge dough made with Caputo 00 Italian flour and bread flour on a preheated cast iron pizza pan in a 450F convection oven.
California Pizza Kitchen 12/27/10: Had the Tricolore Salad Pizza (arugula, baby red leaf lettuce, radicchio, diced tomatoes and shaved Parmesan cheese with Dijon balsamic vinaigrette dressing) on a caramelized parmesan pizza crust at California Pizza Kitchen in Broomfield CO.
Freschetta 12/25/10: Had a Freschetta Naturally Rising 4-Cheese Pizza with a Bake-to-Rise crust.
Double D's Sourdough Pizza 12/19/10: Had A Whole Lotta Veg Pizza (marinara sauce, whole milk Mozzarella cheese, Bermuda onion, red, yellow & green bell peppers, fresh mushroom, black olive, sun dried tomato, and baby spinach leaves) on a sourdough crust at Double D's Sourdough Pizza in Westminster CO.
Basil Flats 12/18/10: Had the Sausage Mushroom Pizza (Italian sausage & sautéed cremini mushrooms) at Basil Flats in Longmont CO.
Zucca 12/15/10: Had the Funghi e Rucola pizza (crimini, shiitake, oyster and portabella mushrooms, rosemary, fresh arugula, house cheese blend) at Zucca Italian Ristorante in Louisville CO.
Basil Flats 12/7/10: Had the Arugula Salad Pizza (baby arugula salad, fresh mozzerella,and dry cured capocollo) at Basil Flats in Longmont CO.

Pizzeria Basta 11/10/10: Had the Arugula (sweet grape tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, mizuna, prosciutto) pizza at Pizzeria Basta in Boulder, CO. Another excellent pizza at my favorite pizzeria in Colorado!

Marco's Pizza 8/13/10: Had the Garden Pizza (4 types of cheese including feta, mushrooms, black olives, onions, sliced tomatoes) at Marco's Pizza in Westminster CO.

Mod Market 6/30/10: Had the Med Flatbread Pizza (Feta, Kalamata olives, tomato, spinach, pesto) on a whole wheat flatbread at Mod Market in Boulder Colorado.
The Cheesecake Factory 6/26/10: Had the Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese Pizza (Roasted Eggplant, Red and Yellow Peppers, Grilled Onion, Artichokes, Kalamata Olives, Tomato, and Goat and Mozzarella cheeses) at The Cheesecake Factory in Lone Tree Colorado.
Pizzeria Basta 6/14/10: Had the Salami (Margherita with salami) lunch pizza at Pizzeria Basta in Boulder, CO. Pizza was perfecto today, as compared to very good in February when I was there for the first time. Best pizza in Colorado!
Freschetta 6/9/10: Had a Freschetta Naturally Rising 4-Cheese Pizza with a Bake-to-Rise crust.
Pizzeria Rustica 5/21/10: Had the Quattro Formaggi Pizza (house-made mozzarella, sharp provolone, grand padano and fontina cheeses with parsley, roasted fresh garlic and olive oil) at Pizzeria Rustica in Colorado Springs CO. The appetizer, pizza, and atmosphere at Pizzeria Rustica were excellent as always, best in Colorado!
Old Chicago 4/14/10: Had a Chicago deep-dish pizza with anchovies and sun-dried tomatoes Old Chicago in Broomfield CO.
The Oven 4/9/10: Had the Smoked Portabello Pizza (wood oven smoked portobello, mozzarella, marinara & fresh oregano) at The Oven in Centennial CO.
Homemade Pizza 4/6/10: Made a couple of tomato/cheese pizzas with leftover frozen dough from 3/28. Used the "convection roast" setting at 550F on our convection oven with the pizza stone on the lowest rack.
Homemade Pizza 3/28/10: Made a couple of pizzas with dough of 50% Caputo 00 Italian flour and 50% bread flour to try out the "convection roast" setting. At 550F, pizzas cooked in 5 minutes.
Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant 3/15/10: Had the Thin Crust Pizza (portabella mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, olives, parmesan and fontina cheeses, garlic white sauce) at Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant in Boulder, CO.
Papa Murphy's 3/14/10: Had the Gourmet Vegetarian Take & Bake Pizza from Papa Murphy's in Broomfield CO.
California Pizza Kitchen 3/3/10: Had the White Pizza (Mozzarella, Fontina, Ricotta, Parmesan and Pecorino Romano cheeses with fresh sautéed spinach and garlic) on a honey wheat crust at California Pizza Kitchen in Broomfield CO.
Pizzeria Basta 2/25/10: Had the Daisy (Margherita) Pizza at Pizzeria Basta in Boulder, CO. Basta is a new place so the mechanics are not working smoothly, but the authentic artisan pizza is right on!
Homemade Pizza 2/7/10: Made a Muffuletta Pizza with mozzarella and provolone cheeses and olive salad on sponge dough made with Caputo 00 Italian flour. Also made two small pizzas from remaining dough to freeze with roasted red bell peppers, fresh baby spinach, and mozzarella.
Freschetta 1/24/10: Had a Freschetta Naturally Rising 4-Cheese Pizza with a Bake-to-Rise crust.
Marco's Coal-Fired Pizzeria 1/21/10: Had the Margherita Pizza at Marco's Coal-Fired Pizzeria in Denver CO. Marco's is the only Colorado pizzeria currently certified by Verace Pizza Napoletana Association.
Homemade Pizza 1/19/10: Made a Muffuletta Pizza with a crust made from a box focaccia mix.
California Pizza Kitchen 1/7/10: Had the White Pizza (Mozzarella, Fontina, Ricotta, Parmesan and Pecorino Romano cheeses with fresh sautéed spinach and garlic) on a honey wheat crust at California Pizza Kitchen in Broomfield CO.
