Homemade Pizza 10/30/06: Made Muffuletta Pizza and My Blue Heaven Pizza with gorgonzola and mushrooms (recipe from "The Pizza Therapy Pizza Book"). The pizzas were excellent!
Homemade Pizza 9/29/06: Made simple tomato-cheese and mushroom/black olive pies with an overnight-rise dough. Had a small portion of dough left so made a pot-pie pizza in the style of Chicago Pizza and Oven Grinder Company.
Homemade Pizza 8/18/06: Made thin-crust Muffuletta Pizza and My Blue Heaven Pizza with gorgonzola and mushrooms (recipe from "The Pizza Therapy Pizza Book") on ovenight-rise Sponge Dough with King Arthur Select Artisan Organic All-Purpose Flour and a secret ingredient (Carnation Malted Milk-1 tablespoon per cup of flour). The crusts/pizzas were really excellent!
Homemade Pizza 07/10/06: Made thin-crust veggie and Margherita pizza with a new flour, King Arthur Select Artisan Organic All-Purpose and used fresh yeast.
Homemade Pizza 05/11/06: Made Muffuletta Pizza, my wife's favorite!
Homemade Pizza 03/05/06: Made Roasted Vegetable and Pesto Pizza with sponge dough.
Homemade Pizza 02/06/06: Made five pizzas - Roasted Vegetable and Pesto Pizza, Muffuletta Pizza, Pizza Marinara, Greek Pizza, Pizza Margherita - for a Super Bowl Party yesterday. Used a triple recipe of sponge dough. Everyone had their favorite pizza so must have been an overall success!
