California Pizza Kitchen 9/4/11: Had the Roasted Artichoke and Spinach Pizza (artichoke hearts, sauted garlic spinach, Fontina, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheeses, and spinach artichoke sauce) on a thin crust at California Pizza Kitchen in Broomfield CO.
Pizzeria Locale 9/2/11: Had the Mais (sweet corn, creme fraiche, prosciutto, mozzarella di bufala) Pizza camera.gif, as featured on "Pizza Outside the Box" on the Cooking Channel, paired with an excellent Koelsch-style draft beer at Pizzeria Locale in Boulder CO. The Cooking Channel liked the Mais way more than I did, guess I'm not ready for corn on a pizza, but the crust was excellent as always.

Homemade Pizza 3/13/11: Made a Veggie Pizza with mozzarella cheese and Crushed Tomato Pizza Sauce on sponge dough made with Caputo 00 Italian flour and Fleischmann's new pizza crust yeast (1 1/4 teaspoons yeast and overnight rise) in a 550F convection oven on a pizza screen. The yeast has dough relaxer so not a good combination with 00 flour.
